Where is my Order Confirmation?
Once you submit order, you should receive an email with your order confirmation to the email address you entered when you save your design.
If you are unable to locate the email, please check your email spam/junk folder in case your email settings filter the emails.
How Do I Track My Package?
Once your mask is made you will receive your tracking number via email. The tracking numbers are assigned before they are sent out by USPS, so allow some time after receiving it to check its location.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Since each custom mask is made special for you, we can’t restock them once they’re made. Thus, all custom sales are final. If you find a defect with your mask, on the other hand, please contact us with a photo of the issue.
How Long Does It Take?
Due to the COVID19 pandemic, Custom Face Masks take 2-3 weeks (10 business days) to process – processing times may vary depending on any issues with your design / graphics, or our current order volume, to cause additional delays occasionally. We have a reduced staff working to get orders out as fast as we can, rest assured.

How Do I Wash The Masks?
Soap and Water, or Machine Wash on Cold and hang dry.
Don’t put them in the dishwasher. Yes, people have done it. Though the prints are fully water proof, like any clothing hot water can degrade or fade the print significantly faster than cold water will.
